Open Vacancies? No problem!
Over the last few years, MSAA has created recruitment campaigns to foster workforce growth for agencies statewide. Most recently, the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services enlisted the MSAA to help fill open vacancies in an increasingly difficult-to-hire industry. Our statewide marketing campaigns have included specific hiring event promotions in order to help attract eligible applicants for employment. This has resulted in a reduction of vacancies by more than 5% since we began our engagement.
Most recently, MSAA traveled to Brockbridge Correctional Facility in Anne Arundel County to shoot a new recruitment video for DPSCS that will air later this fall. Shooting on location gave us a unique perspective of what it is like working as a correctional officer and part of the public safety sector. We aim to bring this vision to life in their new recruitment video.
MSAA’s capabilities are far beyond digital ads, stock footage or animation. Our live-action approach to this campaign gave us the opportunity to capture raw emotions in real time utilizing drones, cinematic videography and photography. Using video of this nature helps the target audience to have a realistic preview of a ‘day in the life’ of a correctional officer. Thank you to DPSCS for enlisting MSAA on this exciting campaign!
